Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new frames, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and tags included.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like an exchange for a different style, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method.

  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your eyewear in its original case and box, then download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
